I always have been thinking why stylist were not discuss techniques.
For example,they are only training at your salon othewise you could be more your ability improving.
Every body should have opportunities to ask who your intersting a person for learning.It also should without reserve each other.
Recently I decided to have a training day every once a 3month who could join us casually.
