Yuji introduced his original cutting techniques at the Matrix Community Hair Shows in QLD 2010.

Where he also produced his own step by step dvd, which hairdressers purchased on the night.

He was approached by several salons to go into their salons, to do a personal training one on one with the staff.

We are really looking forward to Yuji visiting Australia again with his unique cutting style.

Time is flying

It's already pasted 10weeks since grand opening.

"サロンは日本の時間では動いていません"

Our salon is not working with the Japanese style.

いわゆる”マニュアルでの業”ではなく、”日常から学び得る最良のパフォーマンス”を期する時間で動いてます。

We have no rules for working peformance,in other word we wont routine work in our servises.
We will do the best with the performan of knowledge or skill that result from direct participation in daily events or activities.

”お任せ”というオーダーがあります。私にとっては、最高にうれしい悲鳴です。（美容師さんであればそうだと思うのですが、、、）"what ever you want to do"海外でのサロンワークで度々ありました。”あなたのしたいようにして”This is the happpiest thing for my hair dressing.

”日常から学び得る最良のパフォーマンス”には信頼関係が必要不可欠だと考えてます。

サロンにお越しの前に少しだけ私の紹介です。Kamikaze~髪風~

Kamikaze～髪風～
乾かしただけで髪がまとまる

 意味からkamikaze~髪風~です。

 

 ‘Kamikaze’.Kamikaze（髪風）means hair that keeps its shape just by blow drying.In Japanese, ‘kami’ means hair, and ‘kaze’ means wind. That’s where ‘kamikaze’ came from.



12年前の夏、美容業界に入りました。”素敵な世界”が好きで、世界を歩き見て周りました。ナイスな景色、建物、食べ物、ファッション、音楽、そしてナイスな人間。やりたい事が出来る喜びは、何より幸せです。


そして、27歳の夏、僕のオリンピックが始まりました。

サロンはナイスが集っています。

髪が柔らくナチュラルスタイルに仕上がりやすい欧米人の髪。一方で、主張がある髪型を好む傾向がある欧米人。
（オーストラリアでの実務経験上）

＊アジア人は髪が固くナチュラルスタイルには仕上がりにくい。
 アジア人は調和を好む傾向がある（経験上）

 それらをポイントに抑え

Which cutting gown will be good to see and image with the resolt for the clients hair style.

First one is looking like normol clothes,another one that it looks like just cape or cloth wrapper.

You can see and creating hair style easily when clients are put the cloth on.?

Looking back over the month,It's quite an education for me.

Accounts payable payment period closes at the end of each month.
